The client operates an asset tokenisation and investment management platform, enabling investors to access and invest in asset-backed security tokens safely and transparently under MAS regulatory requirements. To obtain a capital markets services (CMS) licence under the Securities and Futures Act, the client sought expert support to meet MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) and Cyber Hygiene standards.

We partnered with the client to achieve compliance by implementing MAS TRM compliant policies, conducting penetration testing, and reviewing application security. We supported the CMS licence application process, liaising with MAS to address regulatory queries. As a result, the client secured the licence, enhanced its platform's security, and expanded its customer base with a pioneering regulated model for real estate investment.
